As one of our Area Health and Safety Officers you will closely support the Heads and Nursery managers in your cluster by leading on ensuring that: All legal and H&S compliance aspects of the setting are appropriately structured and discharged including policies, procedures and practices being regularly updated to maintain complianceStaff are fully aware of compliance requirementsThe ideal candidate for this role will possess the following skills/expertise:Strong experience working in a Health and Safety environment. Strong management and systems skills. Experience or an understanding of the independent schools sector. Experience in applying health & safety regulations within an educational settingExperience of communicating results clearly to stakeholders up to CEO levelHighly organised with the ability to prioritise multiple demands. Strong commercial awareness.Highly motivated with strong attention to detail.This role will suit someone who is detail orientated and strategic at the same time, your workload will be varied and require confidentiality, discretion and empathy. You will be the custodian of all inspection documentation including policies for Inspired Learning Group. The role will involve a blend of onsite working, home working and working at our head office in Stanmore (Inspired Learning Group, Georgian House, Park Lane, Stanmore Middlesex HA7 3HD).
