Restaurant Manager
We are currently looking to recruit an experienced Restaurant Manager. We are seeking a passionate and experienced Restaurant Manager to lead the team and ensure seamless day-to-day operations. This hands-on role requires a dynamic and driven individual who can uphold the highest service standards while delivering an outstanding dining experience. You will oversee all aspects of the Restaurant which is a Pan-Asian dining experience and Afternoon Tea service, inspiring and developing your team to maintain an environment where both guests and staff thrive.
The Perks
The Restaurant Manager will receive: Basic salary of up to £45,000

Our client is a luxury country house hotel and spa in St Albans. The hotel sits in 12 acres of beautiful Hertfordshire countryside and has 128 bedrooms, as well as two restaurants and two bars on site.
The Person
The Restaurant Manager will have the following Experience in a luxury Food & Beverage environment with strong food and drink knowledge at Restaurant Manager level
Pan Asian experience will be a distinct advantage
Confidence to manage a team
Flexibility to work hours as required
Have a positive attitude, be an excellent communicator with a keen eye for detail and be well presented
Reliable means of transport to St Albans is essential
