As Client Services Manager / Account Manager your role is to oversee the company’s relationships with its most valued customers from both a financial and partnership perspective. You will be responsible for obtaining and maintaining long‑term key customers by understanding their requirements and managing their expectations, building strong strategic relationships. Working as a trusted adviser, you will identify their needs and promote business solutions, achieving mutual satisfaction.
For the account manager’s role it is essential you have a background within the printing or marketing industry and ideally experience of the point‑of‑sale sector.
If you have experience in the printing industry and want to move into an account manager role, they are looking for people who have the potential to progress to a junior account manager role and beyond.
