Key Responsibilities
1. Act as an autonomous Speech and Language Therapist within a multidisciplinary rehabilitation team.
2. Assess and manage communication and swallowing difficulties in adults with neurological conditions and acquired brain injuries.
3. Develop and implement individualised rehabilitation and management plans.
4. Work collaboratively with individuals, families, and social networks to overcome communication barriers.
5. Deliver staff and carer training to promote effective communication support.
6. Manage complex dysphagia cases and ensure safe, evidence-based interventions.
