Job Title: Geoenvironmental Engineer
Location: Leicester
Salary: £28,000 - £35,000 (dependent on experience)
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Geoenvironmental Engineer to join a growing consultancy based in Leicester. This role offers the chance to work on a wide range of contaminated land, ground investigation and remediation projects across the UK.
You will be part of a supportive and experienced team, gaining exposure to technically challenging projects while benefiting from clear progression opportunities and professional development.
Key Responsibilities:
Delivering Phase 1 and Phase 2 contaminated land assessments
Interpreting site investigation data and producing technical reports
Undertaking risk assessments and remediation strategies
Liaising with clients, regulators and contractors
Supporting project delivery from inception through to completionRequirements:
Degree in Geoenvironmental Engineering, Environmental Science, Geology or a related discipline
Experience in contaminated land or ground investigation projects
Knowledge of UK environmental legislation and guidance
Strong report writing and communication skills
