About the Role:
We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team on a full-time basis. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with a solid background in administration, excellent communication skills, and a positive, solution-focused attitude. Reporting to the Office Manager, you will play a key role in delivering efficient, high-quality administrative support across multiple departments within the business. As the first point of contact for incoming calls, general enquiries, and office visitors, youll also be responsible for maintaining a high standard of customer service and professionalism at all times.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Providing a high level of customer service to both internal and external contacts, professionally and courteously
2. Handling all incoming calls and greeting visitors
3. Processing initial estimate requests and preparing estimating packs
