About The Company:
This is a unique opportunity to join a high-growth creative performance team shaping some of the most compelling direct-response ads in the digital space.
You’ll be stepping into a hands-on role where your creative strategies are executed, tested, and scaled rapidly across Meta, TikTok, and other paid social platforms.
The role places you at the heart of a dynamic, cross-functional team, working closely with designers, editors, and media buyers to build scroll-stopping, performance-led content.
You’ll gain exposure to varied client verticals and benefit from a culture of continuous learning and career progression.
Key Responsibilities:
* Build and iterate performance-focused creative briefs using proven frameworks like AIDA, PAS, and Problem Stack.
* Lead the end-to-end creative iteration process, from concept to deployment, including testing hooks, CTAs, and overlays.
* Translate performance metrics (CTR, ROAS, TSR, CVR) into actionable creative insights.
* Develop ad strategies aligned with funnel stages, from unaware to most aware audiences.
* Ensure creative quality and scale potential through structured QA and ongoing performance reviews.
* Proven ability to link creative strategy directly to key performance metrics such as TSR, CTR, CVR, and ROAS.
* Hands-on experience producing fast-paced, creator-led content with iterative testing cycles.
* Confident using platforms such as Foreplay, Motion, Meta Ads Library, Notion, and Airtable.
* Deep understanding of funnel psychology, modular content structures, and behavioural triggers.
* Demonstrated expertise in crafting paid social content across formats, UGC, statics, and high-production video storytelling.
