Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Senior Health Care Assistant with
guaranted
hours of pay based in Blaby ,Leicester. The Senior Health Care Assistant will provide personal care, assist with manual handling, administer medication, and ensure patient safety. They will also support patients with daily activities, maintain health and safety standards, and use strong interpersonal skills to communicate effectively with patients and their families.
Qualifications
* Experience in Manual Handling and Patient Care
* Strong Interpersonal Skills to effectively communicate with patients and their families
* Knowledge of Medicine administration and Health & Safety protocols
* Caring and empathetic nature
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
* Relevant certifications or qualifications in health and social care
