About You

Our role: Chef De Partie responsibilities include supporting the kitchen team, preparing and presenting dishes to standard, maintaining high levels of food quality, safety and cleanliness, and assisting with training and development where required.
Responsibilities
* Prepare and cook dishes to required standards and portion sizes
* Maintain cleanliness and food hygiene throughout service
* Assist in training and mentoring junior staff as needed
* Collaborate with senior chefs to manage kitchen operations during shifts
* Monitor stock levels and assist with ordering and waste control
Qualifications
* Proven experience as a Chef De Partie or similar role in a hotel or brigade kitchen
* Strong knowledge of cooking methods, ingredients, and food hygiene
* Ability to work under pressure and maintain high standards
* Excellent teamwork and communication skills
* Commitment to career development within hospitality
Locations considered: Winchester, Hampshire area with opportunities in related Malmaison/Hotel Du Vin sites.
