CRM Executive - DTC Ecommerce

We’re hiring on behalf of a fast-growing, subscription-first DTC brand that’s redefining its category through data, personalisation, and a deep obsession with customer experience.
This is a hands-on CRM role where you’ll be at the heart of day-to-day execution; building campaigns, optimising flows, and driving meaningful engagement across the full customer lifecycle.
Responsibilities:
You’ll own the execution of CRM campaigns across email and SMS, working closely with Growth and Retention leadership. Expect to:
* Build, QA, and deploy campaigns in Klaviyo
* Manage and optimise automated lifecycle flows
* Own campaign calendars
* Drive segmentation and personalisation strategies
* Analyse performance & run A/B tests
Requirements:
* 2 years+ in email marketing, ideally within DTC / subscription
* Hands-on experience executing campaigns
* Strong attention to detail and a data-driven mindset
* Bonus: Klaviyo, SMS platforms, Shopify
