Key Responsibilities:
Site Security: Monitor premises to prevent theft, violence, or infractions of rules, ensuring the safety and security of client assets and personnel.
Access Control: Regulate site entry and exit, ensuring that only authorized individuals gain access.
Incident Reporting: Accurately document all security incidents, irregularities, or unsafe conditions. Liaise with the control room or appropriate personnel to provide real-time updates and post-incident reports.
Patrols: Conduct regular and random patrols of the premises, identifying and resolving potential security threats.
Emergency Response: Act promptly during emergencies, liaising with emergency services, and executing site-specific security procedures.
Essential Requirements:
Availability: Must be available to work days and nights, as well as some weekends.
Licences: Valid SIA licence is mandatory.
Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills for effective reporting and liaising with various stakeholders.
Experience: Prior experience in a security role is beneficial but not essential, as full training will be provided.
