We currently recruiting for a talented Architectural Technologist to join their Central Nottingham office of a nationally recognised architectural practice with an international footprint. Established over 30 years ago, the practice has grown to a team of more than 60 professionals across 3 studios. Our client are ideally looking for an Architectural Technologist with roughly 1-5 years' experience in the industry.
The practice is renowned for its commitment to sustainable design and innovative thinking, placing environmental responsibility at the heart of every project. Their portfolio spans Education, Healthcare, Residential, Leisure, Retail and Industrial sectors, with projects ranging from £5m up to £70m in value. Recent schemes include cutting-edge school and university campuses, advanced healthcare facilities, regeneration masterplans and award-winning community buildings. Each designed with a strong focus on performance, wellbeing and positive social impact. Our client requires an Architectural Technologist with strong experience across RIBA Stages 3-5. They are a Revit using practice so a strong knowledge of the software is also important.

Architectural Technologist Job Overview
* Focus on RIBA Stages 3-5 ensuring design intent is fully realised through detailed technical
* delivery
* Produce accurate and high-quality technical drawings and specifications using Revit
* Collaborate with Architects, consultants, and contractors to ensure smooth project delivery
* Contribute to design development, embedding sustainable and innovative solutions at every stage
* Undertake site inspections, resolving technical challenges during construction

Architectural Technologist Job Requirements
* Proven experience working on UK based projects within RIBA Stages 3-5
* Strong technical knowledge of UK building regulations, standards, and construction methods
* Proficiency in Revit
* A passion for sustainable design and innovative technical solutions
* Strong communication and coordination skills, with the ability to liaise confidently with clients, consultants, and contractors
* Based within a commutable distance of Nottingham
Architectural Technologist Salary & Benefits
* Competitive salary, ranging between £32,000 - £40,000
