Join Our Team as a Lunchbreak Supervisor at Stanbridge Primary School!
Start Date: As soon as possible
Salary: Grade 13, £24,796 FTE per annum (Actual Salary based on weeks worked and hours: £3,976.48 p.a.)
Contract: Permanent
Hours: 7 hours and 5 minutes per week (11.50am-13.15am Monday to Friday), term time only to exclude INSET days (38 weeks)

The Role:

We are seeking dedicated and reliable Lunchbreak Supervisors to join our hard-working and supportive staff team. The successful candidates will help ensure the safety, welfare and positive behaviour of pupils during the lunchtime period.

* ✅ Demonstrate strong teamwork skills while also being able to use their initiative.
* ✅ Have excellent communication skills.
* ✅ Show warmth, care and a full commitment to children's safety and wellbeing.
* ✅ Maintain a calm and consistent approach when interacting with children.
* ✅ Support the school’s approach to outdoor play, embracing our ‘whatever the weather’ ethos.
* ✅ Act as a vital link between children, lunchtime staff and other members of the school team.
* ✅ Be willing to participate in training and professional development.
* ✅ Adhere strictly to standards of confidentiality.

Fluency Duty: This post is covered by Part 7 of the Immigration Act (2016) and therefore the ability to converse at ease with pupils, parents and other users and provide advice in accurate spoken English is essential for the post.
