As a Senior Receptionist, you will be responsible for managing the Front of House at The Wellington Hospital. You will ensure a caring and efficient patient experience from start to finish, providing high-quality customer care to internal and external clients.
This is a great opportunity to work in a wonderful location as part of our friendly and supportive Primary Care team.
Responsibilities include:
* Training and shadowing new receptionists
* Uniform checks and ordering
* Organising and coordinating requests within the Front of House remit
* Printing security passes on site
* Conducting H&S audits, cardiac bleep, emergency radio, lift telephone, and other audits
* Logging requests and monitoring the Teletracking portal to ensure all duties are completed
* Ordering courier services and transportation
* Coordinating patient transfers via shuttle
* Stationery orders
* Working closely with supervisors and providing feedback on patient experience
* Covering breaks in North/South/PMC areas
* Deputising for the Front of House Supervisor
Qualifications and skills:
* A good general education
* Previous reception experience, preferably in healthcare
* Ability to work flexibly and accurately with changing priorities, maintaining confidentiality and delivering high-quality, customer-focused service
* A friendly, can-do attitude
