Whitegates Crewe & Nantwich are looking for a Sales Administrator to join our dynamic estate agency team. This is a varied role, perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys both administrative and client-facing responsibilities.
Key Responsibilities
* Managing sales progression updates and ensuring all information is accurately recorded in our CRM system.
* Maintaining up-to-date records and ensuring high levels of accuracy.
* Liaising with solicitors, clients and colleagues to keep sales moving smoothly.
* Conducting property viewings when required.
* Providing incoming call cover, and administrative assistance.
* Liaise on a day-to-day basis with customers and manage customer enquiries.
* Manage and maintain daily all administrative systems and procedures.
* Supported training towards industry recognised qualification.
