Manage and deliver on a range of education and residential projects from inception through to completion
Carry out site visits and meetings to ensure technical compliance is achieved
Prepare and submit planning applications
Liaise with clients, consultants, and contractors to develop strong working relationshipsSkills and experience for the role of Senior Architectural Technologist:
BSc within Architectural Technology
Strong post qualification experience as a Technologist within a UK practice
CIAT registered would be desirable
Proficiency with Revit
Experience working on projects across a range of sectors
Working knowledge of UK building regulations
Strong technical skills
Strong attention to detail
Excellent communication and organisational skills
