The Digital Marketing & Communications Officer is responsible for developing, managing, and enhancing the digital presence and marketing activity of this provider. This role leads on all digital initiatives, ensuring that the organisation’s online presence reflects its values, services, and impact.
Key responsibilities include overseeing social media channels, creating high‑quality content, filming and editing multimedia assets, and working with external partners to manage and improve the organisation’s website. The role also supports strategic communications by strengthening internal engagement and external visibility through values‑led marketing and storytelling.
The Marketing Officer will contribute to the planning and delivery of campaigns that highlight the organisation’s services, innovation, culture, and community impact. This involves producing engaging content, scheduling and managing social media campaigns, interacting positively with residents and service users online, and reporting on digital performance, insights, and trends to senior leadership.

Key Responsibilities
• Create and manage content across all social media platforms.
• Develop a monthly content calendar for upcoming projects.
•The Marketing Officer will film, edit, and produce videos showcasing tenant stories, refurbishments, partnerships, and organisational milestones.
• Liaising with external digital designers to develop company portfolio.
• Marketing Officer will work closely with internal teams to tailor content to departmental needs.
• Collaborate with external website managers to ensure the site is up to date, accurate, and engaging.
• Maintenance of monthly organisational wide newsletter and communication
• Provide content, updates, and new ideas to keep the site live and relevant.
• Develop marketing plans for community projects and organisational activities.
• Produce monthly analytics reports.
