Shape Quality Strategy
Partner with the Site Director to design and evolve the Quality Management System (QMS).
Set and steer strategic quality goals to support business growth and compliance excellence.
Turn quality data into actionable insights that help drive smarter decisions.
Lead QA Systems & Continuous Improvement
Own and oversee CAPA, deviation, and error management — from root cause to resolution.
Champion training and development, embedding a quality mindset across the site.
Ensure Regulatory Excellence
Conduct internal audits to keep systems sharp, efficient, and inspection-ready.
Manage our document control system, ensuring up-to-date procedures that meet both GMP and corporate standards.
Handle recalls and complaints with speed and confidence — in close collaboration with regulatory authorities.
Proven experience in pharmaceutical QA, ideally in a manufacturing or GMP-regulated environment.
Deep understanding of Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and Quality Management Systems (QMS)
