The Role:
We’re seeking an experienced Account Director to join our team.
The ideal candidate will be capable of managing multiple paid social campaigns, leading creative planning, budget management, optimization, and reporting, with experience handling both small and large media spends.
What you’ll be doing:
* Lead paid social planning and buying strategies for key clients on TikTok & Meta platforms
* Build trusted relationships with clients and serve as their main contact
* Develop and implement influencer partnership strategies to drive client growth
* Create innovative TikTok Shop strategies to boost growth and revenue for clients
* Oversee TikTok Shop campaigns, ensuring smooth integration across paid, organic, affiliate, and live content
* Guide clients on TikTok Shop best practices, including storefront optimization and shoppable content
* Provide creative feedback for client campaigns
* Act as a senior strategic contact and escalation point for clients
* Coordinate content creation with in-house and freelance TikTok creators and influencers
* Recommend and plan budgets for campaigns
* Propose new business opportunities
* Manage and develop a team of Account Managers and Executives
What you’ll bring:
* Expertise in TikTok platform and advertising tools
* Proactive relationship-building skills and willingness to travel for client meetings
* Agency experience with successful account management
* Solid understanding of TikTok Shop, including shoppable content, live streams, and affiliate marketing
* Leadership experience
* Passion for paid campaigns
* Experience with TikTok Ads Manager and Meta Business Manager
* Proven success in media planning
* Experience working with multiple brands, either in-house or agency
* Strong creative sense that drives conversions
* Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
* Knowledge of TikTok Shop Live sessions and support for live production
* Experience managing TikTok Shop affiliate programs, including outreach and performance tracking
