Your Responsibilities
* Develop and deliver annual wellbeing calendars and supporting campaigns.
* Conduct thorough internal audits to ensure compliance and continuous improvement.
* Analyse wellbeing survey data, identify key trends, and present actionable insights to leadership.
* Support the planning, coordination, and execution of employee wellbeing events and initiatives.
* Assist in maintaining and updating risk assessments to promote a safe and healthy workplace.

* Organised and Efficient – Can manage tasks, follow up on actions, and handle several complex tasks at once.
* Good Under Pressure – Works well in fast-paced environments and able to meet tight deadlines.
* Strong Problem Solver – Able to assess situations, spot issues, and decide on the best course of action.
