Overview
Service, maintain, and repair a wide range of forklift trucks and warehouse equipment.
Carry out diagnostics, fault-finding, and mechanical/electrical repairs.
Work independently as a mobile engineer visiting customer sites.
Complete service reports and maintain accurate documentation.
Deliver excellent customer service and technical support.
Ensure compliance with all safety and industry regulations.Requirements
Previous experience as a Forklift Engineer or Plant/Material Handling Engineer.
Strong mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic fault-finding skills.
Ability to work independently and manage daily schedules.
Full UK driving licence.
Strong customer-facing communication skills.
Experience working on multiple forklift brands beneficial.
