The Role
* Test and fault‑find complex mass spectrometry systems and associated instrumentation in line with documented procedures
* Perform functional testing of electronic assemblies, gas handling modules, and analytical subsystems
* Produce factory and on‑site test reports
* Install and commission systems at customer sites worldwide (primarily USA, EU, China)
* Deliver customer training both in the factory and on‑site
* Provide technical support to service teams as required
About You
* Background in a technical discipline (e.g. physics, chemistry, electronics, engineering or similar)
* Strong practical skills with electronics, instrumentation, or laboratory systems
* Experience working with analytical instrumentation, ideally in a laboratory or manufacturing environment
* Knowledge of chemistry or gas‑based analytical techniques would be advantageous
* Experience with gas chromatography or gas handling systems would be beneficial
