We are currently seeking a Building Manager to aid in the efficient management of our commercial property and the neighbouring mixed-use property.
The Role
* Act as the main point of contact for residential and commercial letting agents.
* Take the lead in marketing vacant units with a strong focus on social media and digital engagement.
* Manage the site's office administration.
* Deal with general tenant queries.
* Manage the team of leasing agents, ensuring a top-tier service is delivered.
Requirements
* Confident in using computers and navigating various software platforms.
* Previous admin experience.
* Strong multitasking skills and the ability to prioritize under pressure.
* Knowledge of the commercial letting process.
