JOB TITLE: Lead Digital Integrator, General Insurance Platform.
SALARY: £76,194pa to £89,640pa plus an extensive benefits package.
LOCATION: Leeds.
HOURS: 35 hours, full time.
WORKING PATTERN: Our work style is hybrid, which involves spending at least two days per week, or 40% of your time, at our Leeds hub..

This is a great opportunity for a strong stakeholder manager with excellent communication and problem-solving skills to work with our Digital Feature Teams to support the delivery of a number of high profile initiatives to continuously develop our products and digital propositions.
The role
As a Lead Integrator you’ll work closely with a number of Digital Feature Teams helping them to bring together different teams and areas across the group to continuously deliver improvements to our products and services. You’ll play a key role in the lab leadership team, support development of roadmaps for the Platform and be part of a community of Integrators within General Insurance and the Wider IP&I business.
What you’ll need…
1. Excellent stakeholder management and influencing skills
2. The ability to understand and organise the sequence of activities required to deliver initiatives that deliver value for our customers
3. You'll be an expert at identifying and managing a large number of complex dependencies in parallel
4. An ability to identify and drive resolution of issues
5. An understanding of the Agile methodology and tools.
6. An excellent communicator with experience in summarising complex information for senior audiences.
And any experience of these would be really useful :
