Key Responsibilities Plan and deliver engaging, well-structured Computer Science lessons at KS3 and KS4. Support students in achieving excellent outcomes, maintaining high expectations for behaviour and progress. Use effective behaviour management strategies to ensure a focused, respectful, and positive learning environment. Contribute to ongoing curriculum development and departmental improvement. Regularly assess student work, providing constructive and supportive feedback. Work collaboratively with colleagues to uphold the school’s values and commitment to student success. Person Specification Essential Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or an equivalent teaching qualification. Experience teaching Computer Science at Key Stage 4. Strong subject knowledge with the ability to inspire and engage learners. Confident classroom management and a commitment to maintaining high standards. A passion for empowering young women to achieve and thrive within STEM and Computer Science. Desirable Experience working in an all-girls school.
