As a Call Centre and Admin Assistant at Specsavers you will work alongside our current call centre team. You’ll be the friendly face at the heart of our stores working among a team of experienced professionals, delivering unmatched customer service every single day. This role would be a 6 month fixed term contract with the view to become permanent.
Responsibilities
Provide excellent customer service as part of the call centre and store team. Support administrative tasks as needed and help maintain smooth daily operations. Deliver consistent, professional service to customers, helping to resolve inquiries and issues in a timely manner.

What we’re offering
* Salary: Starting at £12.41 per hour - Depending on experience
* 28 days annual leave plus your birthday off
