Procore Document Controller – Oxford
We are seeking an experienced Document Controller to join a team on a key project based in Oxford. This is an excellent opportunity for an organised and proactive professional who thrives in a fast paced environment.
You’ll be joining a well established main contractor renowned for delivering high quality projects across the commercial, residential, heritage, and education sectors.
Key Responsibilities
* Manage and control all project documentation in accordance with company and client requirements.
* Ensure document management processes are followed and maintained to the highest standards.
* Upload, update, and track documents and drawings using Procore.
* Liaise with project teams, subcontractors, and consultants to ensure document accuracy and version control.
* Maintain audit trails and support project teams with document queries and reporting.
Requirements
* Proven experience as a Document Controller within the construction industry.
* Procore experience is essential – applicants without this will not be considered.
* Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills.
* Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively within a project team.
* Good understanding of document control procedures and best practices.
