Job Description
3. Oversee financial reporting processes, ensuring accuracy and compliance with relevant regulations.
4. Manage budgeting and forecasting activities to support strategic planning.
5. Provide financial analysis and insights to improve business performance within the FMCG sector.
6. Ensure the accuracy of month-end and year-end financial closings.
7. Collaborate with other departments to maintain financial control and alignment with corporate goals.
8. Supervise and support the accounting team in day-to-day operations.
9. Identify areas for process improvement and implement changes to enhance efficiency.
The Successful Applicant
A successful Finance Manager should have:
10. Either be qualified by experience or possess a professional qualification (e.g. ACCA, ACA, CIMA or equivalent)
11. Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills.
12. Ability to communicate financial insights effectively to stakeholders.
13. Proficiency in accounting software and financial systems.
