Job Title: Sales Manager – TBR & PCR Tyres
Region: UK, Ireland, Nordics & Iceland

Job Summary
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-oriented Sales Manager to lead and expand our TBR and PCR tyre business in the United Kingdom, Ireland, Nordic countries (Denmark, Finland, Sweden, Norway), and Iceland. The successful candidate will be based in the UK and play a key role in driving regional sales growth by developing channels, maintaining strategic customer relationships, and executing brand and product strategies in line with company objectives. This is a strategic field-based role requiring strong channel experience, a hands-on mentality, and the willingness to travel frequently.
* Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute regional sales strategies for TBR and PCR tyres to meet or exceed sales and profitability targets
* Identify and develop new distributors, dealers, and strategic partners across the assigned regions
* Maintain and grow key account relationships through regular visits, business reviews, and joint planning
* Conduct in-depth market and competitor analysis to support pricing, positioning, and product planning
* Coordinate with internal teams (logistics, finance, product, marketing) to ensure operational efficiency and customer satisfaction
* Provide monthly sales forecasts, territory performance reports, and customer feedback to management
* Represent the company at regional trade shows, industry events, and customer meetings to enhance brand visibility
* Collect and report market intelligence (price movements, competitor activity, new regulations) • Execute company product testing, launch, and branding strategies within the region
* Ensure sales and customer service activities comply with internal policies and credit terms
Requirements
* Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Automotive Engineering, or a related field
* 5+ years of sales experience in the tyre industry, preferably in TBR and/or PCR segments
* Based in the United Kingdom
* Demonstrated channel development experience and existing network of tyre dealers or distributors in the region
* Strong interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills
* Able to work independently with high execution capability and self-discipline
* Willing to travel extensively across the assigned responsible region
* Fluent in English; other European languages (e.g., German, Swedish) are a plus
* Preferable: Experience in container business (e.g., managing full-container-load orders, FOB terms, overseas factory coordination)

* Proficiency with CRM platforms
* Strong understanding of tyre specifications, performance attributes, and technical applications
* Market intelligence gathering and competitive benchmarking skills
* Problem-solving mindset with attention to detail and a drive to exceed targets
* Cross-cultural communication experience and comfort working in an international environment
