Key Responsibilities Plan and deliver high‑quality, engaging lessons tailored to Year 6 pupils Track, assess, and record pupil progress, offering clear and constructive feedback Create and maintain an inclusive, supportive, and well‑managed classroom environment Work closely with colleagues to share best practice and resources Participate in ongoing professional development Prepare pupils for end‑of‑year assessments and the transition to secondary school The Ideal Candidate Holds Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) Has experience teaching Key Stage 2, ideally Year 6 Displays strong classroom and behaviour management skills Able to differentiate lessons effectively to meet diverse learning needs Has excellent knowledge of the national curriculum and assessment frameworks Confident in using technology to enhance learning Is organised, communicative, and a strong team player Why Work with Teaching Personnel?
