This role is ideal for a proactive leader with strong commercial awareness and a passion for excellent customer service. Youll manage supervisors and surveyors, optimize service delivery, ensure compliance, and contribute to broader strategic objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
* Oversee emergency, routine, and out-of-hours repairs
* Lead and develop the repairs team, including external contractors
* Manage budgets, KPIs, and service improvement strategies
* Enhance customer satisfaction through efficient operations
* Ensure compliance with health & safety regulations and company policies
* Oversee fleet management, supply chain, and contractor relationships
