Key Responsibilities:
As a Nursery Room Leader, you'll play a key role in leading your room and supporting high standards of Childcare:
* Deliver high-quality care and learning experiences for children
* Lead, support and supervise your team on a daily basis
* Identify opportunities to enhance learning environments and teaching approaches
* Ensure inclusive practices to meet individual needs within your room
* Maintain accurate records and complete required documentation
* Carry out team appraisals and contribute to staff development
* Work closely with management and other room leaders to ensure smooth nursery operations
What we're looking for:
To succeed as a Nursery Room Leader in Blandford Forum, you'll need:
* A Level 3 (or above) qualification in Early Years
* Previous experience in an Early Years Educator or similar role
* Strong knowledge of the EYFS framework
* Excellent communication skills with children, parents and colleagues
