Job Description
1. To establish and maintain a good working relationship with all Network Partners, colleagues and customers
2. To maintain effective communication and relationship with all other departments.
3. Effective use of internal and external software programs.
4. To conduct investigations and action Partners requests where appropriate.
5. Develop a knowledge of TPN procedures, transport and vehicle laws, import and export procedures and dangerous goods regulations.
6. To mediate between Partners, ensuring actions have been carried out in accordance with The Pallet Network operation manual.
7. Mediate and provide conflict resolution strategies.
8. Assist members in arranging overspill vehicles and couriers where appropriate.
9. To ensure that the handover from the Night Manager is acted upon and to compile a handover to the Night Shift of any relevant points applicable to the night operation.
Qualifications
Microsoft office skills, high level of customer service skills, attention to detail and accuracy
