Your new role
Working with the site Managing Director and Group HR, key areas of responsibility will include:
1. Partnering with the leadership team to shape and embed a high‑performance, inclusive culture
2. Acting as a culture champion and supporting culture improvement initiatives
3. Assisting managers in identifying, developing, and retaining high‑potential and high‑performing employees, contributing to a strong internal talent pipeline
4. Supporting succession planning, readiness assessments, and development planning across the organisation
5. Promoting and coordinating learning and development initiatives to strengthen organisational capability
6. Enhancing key processes such as performance reviews, probation management, and objective setting
7. Working with managers to identify skills gaps and rmending targeted development interventions
8. Managing employee relations cases from initial query through to resolution
9. Supporting end‑to‑end recruitment, onboarding, and early career programmes
10. Supporting the introduction and embedding of performance‑related pay and bonus frameworks, ensuring alignment with business strategy and desired culture
What you'll need to succeed
11. Broad HR experience with a strong focus on culture, employee relations, and performance management
12. Strongmunication and interpersonal skills, able to handle sensitive issues and build trusted relationships
13. Proactive and practical, with a genuine interest in shaping culture, sharing ideas, and improving people practices
14. Good working knowledge of HR policies,pliance, and absence or capability processes
