This is an exciting opportunity to join our Sales team. We are looking to appoint several Inside Sales Executives to spearhead pioneering initiatives and drive our business strategies. This is your opportunity to grow with a company on the fast track to success.

The Role
The Inside Sales Executive is entrusted with the task of proactively reaching out to marketing-generated inquiries and engaged leads, with the aim of optimising revenue generation via phone-based sales of WorkNest products and services. Your role will centre on your capacity to qualify leads resulting from marketing campaigns, using a combination of phone, email, and social communication methods, as well as your B2B experience with senior decision-makers, through outbound sales efforts, and your familiarity with Salesforce CRM. Your contribution will be instrumental in propelling WorkNest toward its aspiration of becoming one of the UK's leading providers of outsourced Employment Law, HR and Health & Safety services.

About You

* Previous inside sales experience within a Professional Services setting
* B2B experience with senior decision makers, via outbound sales initiatives
* Strong written and verbal communication skills, attention to detail
* Excellent influencing and negotiation skills
* Organised, methodical and process driven
* IT literacy covering Salesforce and Microsoft Office suite
* Experience of working in sales or telesales with a proven successful track record, running your own team, territory or sector, with specific experience of 'getting past the gate keeper'
