Key Responsibilities
* Provide friendly and welcoming service to customers, responding to their needs and resolving any issues in a professional manner
* Develop and maintain a thorough knowledge of our products and services, making recommendations to customers as appropriate
* Work closely with colleagues to ensure seamless day-to-day operations and achieve sales targets
* Assist with visual merchandising and maintaining a clean and safe store environment
* Participate in ongoing training and development to improve skills and knowledge
