Job Description
* Develop and execute a comprehensive Internal Communications strategy and comms plan.
* Collaborate with CEO and other senior leaders to ensure consistent messaging and alignment with business initiatives.
* Organise and support CEO, CFO and CPO with messaging at town hall meetings, webinars, and other engagement events.
* Develop "on-brand" communications to ensure consistency of messaging, for both verbal and written comms.
* Oversee the development and maintenance of a new intranet platform, ensuring it serves as a valuable resource for colleagues.
* Monitor and measure the effectiveness of IC efforts, using metrics and feedback to continuously improve strategies and tactics.
* Stay informed about industry trends and best proactive in IC, incorporating new ideas and technologies to enhance effectiveness.
The Successful Applicant
A successful Head of Internal Communications should have:
* Proven experience in IC, ideally in a large corporate or FTSE company.
* Strong strategic thinking and planning abilities, with a track record of developing and executing successful communication strategies.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to craft compelling messages tailored to diverse audiences.
* Experience managing IC platforms, such as intranet sites or enterprise social networks.
* Knowledge of best practices in employee engagement, change management, and crisis communication.
