Research Manager
Up to £60,000
Central London (4 days on site - Friday WFH)
I am recruiting for a Research Manager to join a fast-growing, AI-driven research technology company focused on transforming how organisations generate insight.
This is a high-impact role within the analytics team, leading advanced modelling and delivering insight across a range of projects
The Role
* Lead analytics across research projects (segmentation, clustering, modelling)
* Run end-to-end research projects, mainly quantitative
* Analyse and interpret survey and external data sets
* Apply statistical methods (e.g. regression, factor analysis)
* Automate and improve recurring analysis processes
* Support proposals and contribute to new business work
What They're Looking For
* 3+ years in analytics, research, or similar
* Strong statistical analysis experience
* Confident working with survey data
* Proficiency in R or Python
* Strong problem-solving and insight generation skills
* Able to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
