Our client is currently looking to recruit a Helpdesk Administrator to join their team in the Petersfield area.
Key Responsibilities
1. Identify client requirements through telephone, Request Portal, and email communications. Raise and manage to completion PPM and reactive Work Orders in a CAFM System to deliver KPIs.
2. Liaise with clients, helpdesk, and contracts managers to ensure issues are dealt with in a timely manner.
3. Compile and issue the engineer's job packs, including permits.
4. Work with the helpdesk team to manage reactive and planned work.
5. Collaborate with Engineer supervisors and engineers to ensure client satisfaction.
6. Plan and oversee the daily activities of engineers.
7. Cover weekend callouts as per the rota.
8. Undertake any other duties as requested by Line Managers.
Skills/Qualifications
* Good IT skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel.
* Numerate with strong analytical skills and the ability to communicate clearly in writing.
* Ability to lead, self-motivate, and supervise your work schedule to meet targets and maintain high service standards.
* Understanding of policies and procedures relevant to your duties and responsibilities.
* Pragmatic, creative problem-solving skills with a focus on fast, practical solutions.
