Are you passionate about educating the next generation of electricians? We're looking for a dedicated Electrical Installation Tutor to join our growing team in Northampton and support apprentices on their learning journey.

* What You'll Be Doing
* Deliver engaging lessons tailored to diverse learning needs, including SEN support
* Provide one-on-one and small group tutoring sessions as needed
* Monitor and assess student progress, adapting your approach to ensure success
* Conduct workplace visits to review and assess apprentices
* Work closely with parents, guardians, and employers to support learner development
* Collaborate with colleagues to build a positive, inclusive learning environment
* What We're Looking For
* Experience teaching or tutoring, ideally with apprentices
* A Level 3 or Advanced Craft certificate in Electrical Installation
* 18th Edition Wiring Qualification
* Strong communication skills and the ability to engage learners at all levels
* A patient, supportive approach with a passion for education
* Teaching qualifications (desirable but not essential)
