The Role The Senior Marketing Lead is responsible for leading key marketing initiatives to drive brand visibility, guest engagement, and revenue for the company. This role has overall responsibility for marketing and communications, brand partnerships, PR and onsite activations, as well as working closely with our Commercial Director/Operations teams on new business and sales driving initiatives, and food team to deliver campaigns, menu updates and changes. The Senior Marketing Lead also supervises and mentors a Marketing and Menu Manager and a Marketing Executive, ensuring consistent delivery of high-quality work and alignment with strategic objectives. What you’ll be doing Create and deliver annual marketing plans aligned with business objectives. Conduct market and competitor analysis to identify growth opportunities. Plan and deliver promotional activity, seasonal campaigns, and brand partnerships. Overall responsibility for marketing performance including website content, SEO, PPC, display, retargeting, and social media. Manage social media strategy, content planning, influencer activity, and engagement tracking. Ensure accurate and consistent brand representation across all digital channels, OTAs, and review platforms. Maintain brand voice and visual identity across all brands, working closely with franchisees. Oversee creation of marketing assets including photography, video, and collateral. Manage PR activity including media outreach, press releases, and media hosting. Lead and support the marketing team through task delegation, content approval, coaching, and performance development. Collaborate cross-functionally with Operations, Food, Barburrito, Airport, and external marketing teams. Lead the strategy and execution for NSO’s and refurbishments. Support sales and revenue through business-to-business relationships as well as business to customer marketing. Plan and deliver marketing support for onsite events, F&B promotions, and seasonal activity. Track KPIs, deliver monthly performance and ROI reports, and make data-led recommendations. Manage the marketing budget, ensuring accurate cost allocation and best value. Prior experience supervising a junior team member or interns is an advantage. Proficient in digital marketing tools including Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, and email/CRM platforms. Familiar with OTA platforms, CMS, and digital distribution channels. Basic graphic design skills (Canva or Adobe Creative Suite) preferred. Strong leadership, communication, and project management skills. Creative and strategic thinker with a data-driven mindset and strong attention to detail.
