Key Responsibilities - Senior Recruitment Consultant
As a Senior Recruitment Consultant, you will:
Lead and grow a successful education recruitment desk in Reading
Develop strategic partnerships with Headteachers, School Leaders, and Multi-Academy Trusts across Reading and Berkshire
Drive new business opportunities through consultative sales and relationship-building
Mentor and support Recruitment Consultants within the Reading team
Deliver against revenue targets and key performance objectives
Identify growth opportunities within the Reading education recruitment market
Build and maintain a pipeline of high-quality teaching and support staff
Represent Academics Reading as a trusted recruitment partner
