This is a fantastic opportunity for an ambitious HSE Coordinator or Advisor to step up and lead a company-wide safety culture across multiple UK sites.
The role offers variety and visibility typically three days a week on-site and two days at head office, working closely with a leadership team that truly values Health, Safety, and Environment. Youll gain hands-on exposure to ISO management systems, external accreditations, and take ownership of a multi-site HSE function where every day brings fresh challenges and the chance to make a real impact from day one.
What Youll Do
* Design and deliver a group-wide HSE strategy aligned with ISO standards.
* Act as the key advisor to managers, ensuring compliance with legislation and customer requirements.
* Lead audits, inspections, and incident investigations translating findings into practical actions.
* Train, coach, and inspire teams at all levels using engaging and effective communication.
* Maintain and continually improve HSE policies, reporting, and accreditations.
* Present quarterly HSE updates to the Operating Board and ensure the business stays ahead of legislative changes.
About You
* NEBOSH qualified (minimum).
* Experience with ISO management systems (45001, 14001, etc.).
* SSSTS or similar site safety certification is a strong advantage.
* Proven HSE background within multi-site, industrial, or engineering environments.
* Strong communicator who can influence, coach, and inspire.
* Organised, data-driven, and able to work independently.
* Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel regularly (with overnight stays).
