Health and Safety Administrator Your new company Hays are recruiting for a Building Safety Data Coordinator. You will play a key role in supporting compliance and business operations. You’ll work closely with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure health and safety standards are met and documented effectively. This is a permanent role based in central Manchester. Your new role Key Responsibilities Provide administrative and compliance support across consultancy and fund management functions Liaise with clients, leaseholders, and third-party contractors to gather essential safety data Monitor and audit performance of external operators against contractual obligations Respond to tenant queries via phone, email, and written correspondence Track and meet deadlines for reporting and inspections Assist with fire risk assessments and building inspection documentation Maintain accurate records and departmental filing systems Ensure timely completion and distribution of client reports What you'll need to succeed Essential: Experience in health and safety administration or compliance Strong communication skills (written and verbal) Proficiency in MS Office and general IT literacy Ability to work independently and collaboratively A proactive, approachable, and professional attitude Commitment to delivering excellent customer service Desirable: Interest in pursuing industry-specific qualifications Numeracy and commercial awareness Resilience and enthusiasm for professional growth What you'll get in return This role is a permanent position at a business that promotes self-development.
