Your new role Our client is seeking a Temporary Quantity Surveyor to support ongoing social housing refurbishment projects across occupied properties. You will provide commercial oversight and cost control, ensuring schemes are delivered efficiently, within budget and fully compliant with contractual and regulatory standards.
