Quantity Surveyor High End Residential London A well-established building and refurbishment contractor that specialises in high-end residential projects in London and the southeast is seeking a dynamic and experienced Quantity Surveyor to join their team. The Quantity Surveyor will work alongside a team that focuses solely on bespoke residential refurbishments and new builds in the southeast and London. Quantity surveyor Role You'll be working on a £9 million single dwelling residential conversion into a 7-bedroom boutique hotel. Its an incredible project with a future pipeline of similar projects. You'll be based on site near High-Wycombe. You'll also benefit from a full-time, site-based team of a contracts manager, site manager and an assistant quantity surveyor for you to mentor. Projects range from £2 million to £80 million. The projects are some of the best London and the South East has to offer. Ideally you will have experience of Prime / Super prime property. There's value engineering, procurement and a very dynamic and fast paced element to this project.
