College Services provides academic administration and technical support across UWAs schools helping achieve the Universitys strategic teaching and research goals. The School Operations team delivers responsive efficient support to school staff students and external partners. Within this structure the Department of Nursing is establishing innovative futureready programs to meet the evolving needs of health care in Australia and beyond.

* Provide operational and executive support to academic leaders and department activities
* Enhance student experience and industry relationships through clear systems processes and communication
About you
* Proven experience in higher education administration ideally within placement or clinical education contexts
* Highly organised proactive and skilled in stakeholder management and policy compliance
* Excellent communication and relationshipbuilding skills with students and professionals
* Strong computing proficiency; knowledge of SONIA or InPlace highly desirable
* Committed to quality service delivery in a fastpaced studentcentred environment
