Teaching Assistant A unique opportunity has arisen to join a passionate team of staff at New Road Academy. We are seeking two enthusiastic and committed Teaching Assistants to join our dedicated team supporting students with SEND. These roles offer an excellent opportunity to make a meaningful difference to young people’s learning, confidence and independence. Working under the instruction and guidance of senior staff, you will support the delivery of high quality learning and teaching, helping to raise standards of achievement across the academy. You will assist teachers in the management of students and the classroom, ensuring that all learners—particularly those with SEND—are able to access learning effectively. New Road Academy is a forward thinking organisation with high expectations of both staff and students. The successful candidate will be patient, proactive and committed to inclusive education. You will have strong communication skills, the ability to build positive relationships with students and staff, and a genuine desire to support young people to achieve their best.
