Salary: £45,000 - £70,000 DOE
An established consultancy in Central London is seeking a Senior Valuation Surveyor to join their growing team. The role offers a strong mix of professional and project work, with a particular emphasis on residential property and valuation surveys.

You’ll be working across a wide portfolio that includes:
* Full RICS Level 2 / 3 Building Surveys
* Pre-purchase surveys for high-value assets
* Listed building projects
* Emphasis on residential property with room to explore a range of professional services
The role is designed for someone who is confident leading instructions, liaising directly with clients and delivering work to the highest technical standards.
About You:
* Senior-level Building Surveyor (MRICS or AssocRICS preferred)
* Strong background across the residential sector
* Demonstrable experience with Level 2 and 3 surveys, listed buildings, and pre-purchase reports
* Professional, client-facing, and able to manage your own workload independently
Package:
* £45k – £70k base salary depending on experience
