Role Overview
We are seeking sales representatives who are highly organized, proactive, and customer-focused. Your role is essential for efficient operations and scalability, involving converting sales inquiries and scheduling engineering jobs.
Vision

Flexible Working Patterns
We require coverage 7 days a week, 8 AM to 8 PM. Options include Office, Hybrid, or Remote working. Core hours are 10-2 pm, Monday to Friday, for part-time availability.
Key Responsibilities
* Support management in implementing the company's vision and delivering exceptional services.
* Collaborate within high-performing teams.
* Develop and deliver services meeting high standards.
* Contribute to the company's vision, mission, and strategy.
* Promote change, communication, and continuous improvement.
* Review and optimize working standards for effectiveness.
Specific Roles
* Answer calls and inquiries promptly and courteously.
* Guide customers on suitable services.
* Follow up with customers post-project for feedback.
* Respond to emails from Check-a-trade, Google, etc.
* Update customers on job statuses.
* Log inquiries and requests accurately.
* Schedule and organise engineer jobs weekly.
* Coordinate onboarding for new staff.
* Ensure feedback questionnaires are completed in real-time.
